Easy access to the city center and a good location. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities like a washing machine, coffee and tea, and a coffee machine. The welcome gift of Bucks Fizz, biscuits, and a welcome card was a nice touch.
The house was a little worn and the photos didn't accurately represent its condition. The beds in the twin room were broken and uncomfortable, despite efforts to fix them.

The house itself was warm, cozy, and well-equipped. I especially loved the beautiful view of the black mountain and the quiet surroundings. The host, Zoe, was extremely accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable. She even left us a little welcome gift, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, with easy access to the city center and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I highly recommend this house for a pleasant stay in Belfast.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the worn-out condition of the house and the lumpy mattresses in the twin room, these didn't significantly affect our overall experience. For the price, we could have found something more comfortable in the city center, but the positives of our stay outweighed these issues.

One small issue we had was with the beds in the twin room. They were a bit uncomfortable and had broken slats.

The house had a cozy and charming atmosphere, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was a bonus to have a coffee machine with coffee pods provided. The living room had comfortable sofas and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing. The host provided a welcoming touch with cakes and a bottle of wine.
The staircase in the house was steep and narrow, which may be difficult for elderly guests. The beds in the second bedroom were squeaky and too soft, which affected our sleep quality.

We loved that there was a bus stop just at the end of the street, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, having a Tesco Express and a Marks&Spencer Food Hall just a short walk away was incredibly convenient for picking up any supplies we needed.
The only downside was that the staircase in the house was steep, which could be challenging for older individuals. However, this was a minor inconvenience that did not significantly impact our stay.
